Privacy Policy

This is the plain-language version for the private test. A full policy will replace it before a public launch.

What we store

Your name, email, username, date of birth and the fitness information you enter: body numbers, goals, food log, workouts, routines, posts, messages and, if you add them, progress photos. For a child, the parent enters the details and the child has no email address.

Children

A child's account is created by a parent. Children cannot be found in search and have no public profile. Only the child and their parent can see the child's weight, measurements and progress photos. A child's coach can message them only with the parent in the same conversation, and a parent can read every message their child sends or receives. A parent can download or delete everything about their child at any time.

Who sees what

Your posts and profile follow the privacy choices you make. Team information is visible to the team. Camulus staff see account information only to run the service and review safety reports.

Where it is kept

Data is stored with our hosting and database providers (Netlify, Neon and Cloudflare). Photos are stored with Cloudflare. Email is sent through Cloudflare. Food searches use public food databases (USDA FoodData Central and Open Food Facts); we send the search words, not your name.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data and there are no ads. We do not share a child's information with anyone outside the services above, their parent and their team.

Your choices

Download your data and delete your account in Settings, under Your data. Parents do this for a child on the Family page. Deleting removes your records and photos.
